Island Hopping
All five Dutch Frisian Islands are wonderful to visit. On Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland and Schiermonnikoog you will always find the quietness, space and the most special nature. Also in summer, when there are relatively more tourists, the Dutch Frisian Islands offer enough space for the 'fans' of this unique area.
If you cannot decide, which island you want to visit, you can also visit several islands in one holiday by, as it is called, Island Hopping. This all thanks to the good ferry connections.

In spring and summer it's possible to travel from one island to the other. In many cases you can take your bike with you. For more information take a look below for the internetsites of the ferry companies. The travel schedules can always be changed without notice. A reservation is in most cases obligatory. When there's a very strong wind, please contact the ferry companies as well.
